I started my DNP cycle I am on day 2....I started out at 206 now I weigh 211....HOlding water I guess...I will update this post every other day...I am on 500mg a day and I am going to try for 11 days....I will never cap it myself again...I wore rubber gloves and it still turned my hands yellow....I even tired gasoline to take it off, but no luck....

Yes(hahaha) the DNP does that to ya!

Best of luck with your cycle, although, how's your diet?? I never gained weight that fast on DNP - are you watching you calories?

Of course, we all react different to the golden poison LoL.

I bought a bag of 10 surgical gloves to cap mine. I guess I will see how many pairs I can wear at once. That stuff burns through everything. I received some in a ziplock bag. I had the bag sitting on a piece of paper with my cycle written down on it and when I picked the bag up the next day there was a dark yellow stripe burned into the paper. Fun stuff!

I just bought some capules from the store and broke them open took out the stuff in them....I am going to cut back on my on carbs somewhat...I don't think I am going to go low carb....I am going to keep my protein high and stay around 2000 cals a day....hit the cardio in the morning......go for higher reps in the gym.....Drink at least a gallon of water a day....Vitamns...I think I am going to stay on creatine till I get muscle cramps....Last time I did DNP I didn't watch what I ate and did 400mg for 6 six days and loss close to 15 lbs.....

Going to get hold of some DNP myself, and am wondering about "brand names"...anyone used Solfo Black and/or Nitrophen, and how many mg per day to stop myself from turning into a volcano?
