I wouldn't take any diuretics bro. You should drink a lot of water during a cycle. Cramps come from not enough water. Bad plan.

i've read otherwise (that it is the excess of water.)
There are many posts around the web about creatine causing cramps during to large cell voluminization effects.
Anyone know for sure? References?
Search though, youre sure to get an answer.

Look, a funny thing happens when you drink alot of water. You loose alot of water. Bloat goes down. Now, just make sure you don't over do the sodium and you'll be fine. Drink at least 2 gallons a day.

I used to get very bad cramping when I was on no matter how much water I drank. It wasn't a question of being hydrated enough. This past cycle I have been taking a strong potassium/magnesium supplement 2-3 times per day and I have had no problems cramping at all. Some people need to add calcium to keep the balance right but I get enough food with calcium to keep it up. You will cramp from either dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. Your electrolytes control the functions of your muscles contracting and relaxing within the cell. So if you are low you will experience your muscles contracting whether you want it to or not.
