I have converted it using a kit. I suppose I have to sterilize it though, don't I? My friend suggested cooking it. I thought I'd check first. Won't it melt the rubber stopper at the top of the vial? And if i take the stopper off, it won't be sterile anymore? Help please.     | ||

did you run it through the sterile filter? If you want to sterilize it some more, boil some water then put the vial of finished fina in it for a few minutes....make sure the water isnt too high...because you are going to need to take the stopper off (or it will blow off it self when it gets hot enough)...just use some gloves and it will be fine. | ||

I baked mine in the oven at 225 for 20 minutes and it was fine. 15 jabs later - no infections. | ||

You can put a needle (not a syringe.. just a needle) into the stopper and bake it. This will relieve pressure that builds up. Andy | ||
