These pics are only from Dec 4-31. I still have a few weeks left, so hopefully have more to expect. This is what I put in my original post: Hey guys - just pretty excited after a great workout today. Like I wrote when I first started, I have been documenting every workout and taking pictures along the way. I just finished week 6 of moderate doses of Sust and Deca, and so far gained 25 pounds. Everyone has noticed, some say I'm a little puffy, but my bf is still pretty low, some guess around 10-12%. Anyway, when I'm all done, I'll post a table of my strength gains over the complete cycle. Just for now though, I started out maxing on flat bench at around 205, maybe 215. Today I got 275 for 2! For incline dbs I went from 55, 65, 70 for 7 to 90 for 3 sets of 8! And on shoulders I started out doing 55's for 8, and now doing 75 to 80's for sets of 8. Squats haven't gone up too much, I was working with 225 X 10 kinda easy at first, and now doing 315 for 8, but I had to take a few weeks off cause my sciatic nerve (or something) was killing me. I know its nothing much compared to all you huge guys out there, but I'm really happy about my progress so far, and I still have 3 more weeks left. BTW, my weight started at 125 lbs. As for the puffyness, I have some proviron on hand, but wasn't sure if I should take it now or save it till summer cycle. Same thing with Clenbuterol. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I don't start the clomid until Feb 20th. This is what my cycle looked like - in the middle of week 7 now. Thanks for all the feedback guys. As for the crookedness - I'm sure some of its from football and rugby, but I also got in a very bad car accident about a year and a half ago, and that messed everything up. As for height, I'm only 5'3'', so every pound I gain probably looks like a lot more. And I think being shorter helps with the leverage as far as lifting heavier - less distance to move, etc... Anyway, I know I need to work a lot more on my back and forearms, but anything else look out of proportion? I don't want to get absolutley huge, but I do want to start cutting up and be pretty well proportioned. Hopefully over the next couple months I'll reach my goals. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Looks like you're making progress. But I would keep the sust going for around eight to ten weeks. I don't think six is long enough. And I would've started it higher - but you can always try that next time. IronMike ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
