Hey guys - just pretty excited after a great workout today. Like I wrote when I first started, I have been documenting every workout and taking pictures along the way. I just finished week 6 of moderate doses of Sust and Deca, and so far gained 25 pounds. Everyone has noticed, some say I'm a little puffy, but my bf is still pretty low, some guess around 10-12%. Anyway, when I'm all done, I'll post a table of my strength gains over the complete cycle.
Just for now though, I started out maxing on flat bench at around 205, maybe 215. Today I got 275 for 2! For incline dbs I went from 55, 65, 70 for 7 to 90 for 3 sets of 8! And on shoulders I started out doing 55's for 8, and now doing 75 to 80's for sets of 8. Squats haven't gone up too much, I was working with 225 X 10 kinda easy at first, and now doing 315 for 8, but I had to take a few weeks off cause my sciatic nerve (or something) was killing me.

I know its nothing much compared to all you huge guys out there, but I'm really happy about my progress so far, and I still have 3 more weeks left. BTW, my weight started at 125 lbs.

As for the puffyness, I have some proviron on hand, but wasn't sure if I should take it now or save it till summer cycle. Same thing with Clenbuterol. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I don't start the clomid until Feb 20th.

This is what my cycle looked like - in the middle of week 7 now. The doses are kinda messed up because i did the decreasing days theory rather than just doing XXS mg per week every week.

I weighed 125 pounds when i started, today weighed at 150. Hopefully will gain another 5 at least, cause I'm sure I'll lose some water weight in the end, even with the clomid, diet, and training.

very good progres,thats how you can learn the most from your cyc by documating your progres and analys it during and after also try to keep track of your daily intake along with the workout and growth.

At 150 lbs. to bench 275 you must be one strong SOB.

I was 153 lbs. in college and could probably bench like 100 lbs. And I was no couch potato either - played hockey pretty well - just hadn't ever seen the inside of a gym.

Imagine what my life could have been like if I could bench 275 at that weight. I could have played in the NHL.

Oh well, I'm in good shape now. I hear the new team in Columbus needs some really old, really strong players.

This is a very informative post and it sounds like you know what your doing. From the sound of it though either you're a really strong bastard, or taking us for a ride. I weight 180, pushing 280 for a double, and do almost that much on the dumbells. If you're telling the truth, then more power to ya man, but if you're lying, you're only lying to yourself!

Ok, I'm scanning them right now. Only have 4, from Dec 4th through Dec 31st. The last one from Jan 11th got screwed up on the negatives, but I'll still take more as I go. As soon as I cut my face out (for identity reasons), can I send them to someone to post on a webpage or something?

As far as the "lying" goes, I don't have anything to gain from it, and I guess its up to you to believe me if you want, not much I can do about it. My stats aren't much compared to most of the guys on this board, but I'm just happy with the gains I've gotten. My biggest concern is keeping the size and strength, and not getting apathetic and lazy as the estrogen gets back in.
