Bros, Was thinking about adding Cytomel to my cycle of 10 weeks of test. I want to use it to improve protein synthesis and speed up my metabolism. Would it be better to do the 5 weeks of Cytomel during the first 5 weeks or the last 5 weeks of my cycle? Thanx. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would use it at the end, only because it eats at muscle tissue along with fat tissue. I would build some new muscle first, so you have something to work with. I could be wrong. T-3 increases protein synthesis and therefore can increase gains. Taking 25 mcg per day can give you better results. As far as how long to take it, I'm unsure. It seems like if people take it at high doses for several weeks then 10 weeks at only 25 mcg may be ok, but I would research it. Like I said I don't know. You may want to consider doing a few short cycles, depending on what kind of test you have. Do a search for drexx and short. He has some good posts about it. Most use T3 at the end of a cycle. It is a sound technique. I monitor bodyfat percent on all cycles. I know that after 3-4 weeks I start adding a lot of fat. In the first couple weeks I rarely add any bodyfat. No matter how many calories I eat. That is why I stick to short cycles but that is a different topic Either take the T3 for the last 5 weeks going up to 75mcg or take T3 for 6-10 weeks at 25mcg. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

25mcg will be great for Maintaining your bodyfat percent while eating almost anything and it will also increase protein synthesis. Which means more muscle growth. 75-100mcg for 4-5 weeks will actually lower bodyfat to a significant degree. If you want to use T3 to get ripped then go above 25mcgs at which point it brings about a state of catabolism. If you are using it for increased protein synthesis use it at 25mcgs/day for the last 6 weeks of your cycle! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

How about running T-3 at 25mcg/daily for 6 weeks(help with fat slightly but more for protein synthesis) and then go right into a 6 week usual T-3 cycle (get ripped) pyramiding up to 100mcg/daily and then back down. The whole time while on gear, sust deca, anavar, primo. Any serious concerns with that T-3 scheme? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
