if you are doing a super number of chest work, is there a need to do shoulder exercises separtely, or should u be gettin enough work already, for example, I do around 4-6 sets of Flat Bench, adn 4-6 sets of Incline bench 2 times a week, is there a need to do any shoulder work also, or is there plenty of shoulder work with what i"m doing here.

Incline and flat bench presses are compound movements that do work your shoulders to a degree. However, if you want the type of build that is the reason we are all on this board for, you would train shoulders seperately. Simply doing chest presses may help build up the front head of your delts but won't do much for the lateral and rear heads.

bro first off if you are doing that chest shit twice a week I say that is too much, you need to do atleast 20-24 sets per body part once a week, I know everyone is different, but arnold says the advanced bodybuilder should do a number of supersets and trisets combined with heavy weight also to achieve separation and all that, now I say just work your chest once a week, flat, incline, decline, flys, cable crosses, pullovers, at four sets a piece that is 24 sets, then have a day where you work your shoulders only........................military's front and back, side laterals, bent over laterals, front raises, and upright rows, at 4 sets that will give you 24 sets a good workout bro.

For the most part you are working the front part of your shoulders only. You need to do the side and rear also. You are going to look like those guys with the huge anterior delts with no side or rear.
