Will I be able to get bigger and lose fat at the same time if I do cardio 3 days a week and workout 5 times a week? I plan on consuming about 200g of protein a day.

Will clen help me at all?

P.S.: Can't afford too much right now, which is why I would consider Clen. Can't really afford a good cycle at this time.

it depends on a lot, what are your stats? normally you would be able to burn fat and build muscle, but i don't know your stats.

It is possible but difficult. Anybody that tells you otherwise is crap. Losing fat is a calorie/food type game. Very hard to get the two together. Hence, the old bulk, then cut cycles. Many are trying to be close to contest weight yeararound. Notice I said CLOSE... so not the same.

I am 5'10 175 lbs. I don't know my body fat. I am not fat, but I do have a little belly.

It is all but impossible, in my experience, to Drop fat and gain mass simultainiously. I used T3 and Clen with drastic calorie reduction and Daily cardio to Cut Body fat, before my 1st cycle. I lost a lot of weight and didn't have to worry about the lose of hard gained muscle! Since you are financialy challenged right now, save the Juice money for after you loose the fat. You will be able to see your gains better, and won't loose a lot of the muscle that you Sweat and Paid for! Good Luck.

it looks like it will work for you by consuming 200gms of protien and low carbs. just try not to look at the scale because if you do it right you will be trading weight, fat for lean body mass.
