I say not much. You can grow a bit on juice if you just train how you normally do(poundage wise) but I believe that size gain will go away after your cycle if you dont increase your strength. Anyone else??

Muscle hypertrophy involvs overloading your muscles. If you do not tear them up and give them time to rest then you will not grow. Strength is important to a degree but overloading does not always mean very heavy weight. It could also be many reps (to failure).

Therefore you can technically get bigger without getting stronger for a limited amount of time.

so basicly were saying thatif you can stress your muscles one way or the other youll grow.I get sore from high reps but feel like its not that Im growing but losing muscle due to too much aerobic type work,lifting wise. Make sense? Meaning I feel strong and know Im growing when I train heavy but when I do high reps for a week or two I feel weaker.

I find that the bigger I get...the stronger I get. On the other hand...as I get stronger...I seem to get bigger from using the heavier weights. Let me try to explain.

I keep my strength and size going up by doing mainly strength gear cycles. I like fina and insulin. Dbol is up for the near future.

I will take my fina and slin and eat like a horse. Yeah...I put on a few lbs around the midsection...but I get really really strong. I don't tend to gain a lot of size...just a little fat and a lot of strength.

When I come off I will keep most all of my strength. As I keep that strength for a good period of "off" time...my size increases from the increase in weight used on an exercise.

Hope that this makes sense.
