 Frozen gear -> Molecule structure still intact??

The gear that I bought (yello-top organon deca, organon sust 250, primo) was frozen because the guy witch I bought it from kept in in his car. I have used gear which was frozen before had no problems with it. The structure should be ok as long as it drop below -30 | ||
