I just got the book a couple months ago. There's not a huge difference b/w it and the 1996 World Anabolic Review. The author does have some new, interesting theories concerning dosing and tapering. There are lots of updated pictures. All in all, if you've already got the '96 WAR and are strapped for cash, save yourself the $50. If you don't have any book or have a couple extra bucks to throw around, buy it. If you have any questions about it, I'd be glad to answer them. ------------------     |
