12 weeks should be ample time. Depends on how much you have to lose and setting up a time frame on how to do it as non drastically as possible to prevent loss of lean muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My opinion is that the time frame of dieting should be dependent on your BF%. 10% = 10 weeks. 15% = 15 weeks.

Being that my bodyfat in the offseason never gets over 8-9%, i will diet no longer than 9 weeks. I just don't think i need to diet longer. I understand Spunky's point.....the more bodyfat, the longer diet. Makes sense. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
