I just threw this together it is a poormans bulking diet, please give input. Also consider I will throw in another meal somewhere during day. My weight is around 200lbs. My cycle is 1250mg aratest weekly for 8 weeks and 50mg d-bol a day for 4 weeks.

9:00am

Yo Bro!

Double check your can of tuna. I think it was in the 7:30 meal. You listed it as 13g of protein.

I may be wrong, but most cans of tuna have 13g of protein per serving, but actually contain 2.5 servings per can. The entire can actually has about 32g of protein.

Sorry if you happen to be using a smaller can of tuna (which really does contain just 1 serving), but I just want to make sure that you are not making a minor calculation error. When I first starting counting cals/prots/carbs/fats, I did a similar thing with lunch meats, assumed 1 slice = 1 serving. A few monthes later I was reading the nutritional info on the back and was pissed to find out that 5 slices = 1 serving. All that protein that I thought I was getting but wasn't!

Other than that, diet looks great.
