Yes it is a solid reference guide. Add it to 1996 anabolic review and you have a lot of info. I would read those and keep your eyes glued here ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." | ||

the book is a piece of crap, I had it and I sold it for 10 bucks and was happy to get that for that piece of crap. Also the pics are so fuzzy and unclear, why you ask. Well because the PERSON who made the book figured he would cut every corner possible to keep his cost as low as possible and make more money on this piece of crap book. The guy is a fricken CHEAP and that is all I have to say, I hate this PERSON and i know he is because I ask him for a refund and he blew me off. BOTTOM LINE NEVER TRUST A CHEAP PERSON!!!!!!!!! Mk Was that really necessary?
