It will affect your abilit to lift. Your head will be spinning after poping 2 of these, unless your body has already developed a resistance to them.

are you popping just purely codein or as in most cases, tylenol is always added to the mix. first, do not take codeine prior to workout simply because i won't be able to tell or feel when to stop cuz of pain absence. second if tylenolol is present. DO NOT POPPING THEM LIKE CANDY pro or you 'll have to get on the waiting list of organs donor. especially on juice the toxic is too much. BE SMART MY FRIEND

Vicodin is a pretty strong narcotic analgesic. It is actually a mixture of hydrocodone and acetaminophen (tylenol). It comes in 3 dosage forms, regular with a ratio of hydrocodone to acetaminophen of 5mg to 500mg, ES (extra strength) with a ratio of 7.5mg to 750mg, and HP (high potency) with a ratio 10mg to 660mg. These drugs are potentially addicting and are metabolized in the liver. The same liver you are using to metabolize your AS. Unless you are in some severe pain and under a doctors supervision, I would try to stick with regular Tylenol, aspirin or ibuprofen. Just some food for thought. But to answer your original question, I don't believe that Vicodin will directly hinder your gains. However, it may make you feel drowsy and fatigued. I popped 2 extra strength ones the other day. I did it purely for recreational use. It was a nice buzz and I wouldn't mind doing them more often if they weren't so hard on the liver and habit forming. I would not want to lift on them. I was a little groggy the following morning. |
