My first real cycle. I am 145lbs; been working out for 6 years. Im 23. I have a very fast matabolism. I eat 5 meals a day. I have 2500mg of deca,200/5mg of d-bol, and 200/2mg of winny tabs.How do you guys recogmend me stack this? Do I need more? Thanks for the help. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You need more. I'm on the same cycle right now. I'm using Stanazolic(Liq. Winny) I'm 6'4" 260lbs. My cycle is 150mgs/EOD Winny, 600mgs/week deca and 30mgs/day d-bol I did this exact cycle 3 months ago and my bench went up 40lbs and I gained and kept 6lbs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm gettung more winny. Ihope to gain more than 6lbs. Maybe I am not understanding you correctly. I would think that someone as small as me would gain a little more weight; eesspecially it bieng my first time. Do you recomend something differnt if I wanted to gain more weigt? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Mass, There's a big misconception about how much weight you'll gain on a cycle. I've been lifting for 20 years. My workout partner is the NABBA Heavyweight Mr. USA. I know alittle bit about cycles. If you do alot of test or anadrol or heavy anabolics you'll gain more weight, but it will be mostly water. You might end up gaining zero. If you don't think 6lbs of mass is alot of weight, go look at a 6lb roast. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, you should be able to gain more than 6 lbs with what you have. I am pretty confident you could gain 6 lbs in 8 wks with a proper diet and training schedule alone without drugs. Dont know while the bro above only gained 6 on 600mgs of deca. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You should gain as much as you can with proper diet and training before you even start a/s. I have done approx. 40 cycles in my time. I wish you were right Iron Game. If I could gain and keep more than 6lbs every time I do an 8 week cycle I would have gained 300 to 400 lbs. I would be one big mofo. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I figured as much. I thought you might of had a few notches under you guys belt. I'm sure the first couple of times were more benefitial than the last. It would seem to me like anything the more you do something the more your body learns to adapt, so each time becomes harder and less prosperous.Bieng a featherweight gives me a little room to gain. It seems people tend to slow down after about 240lb,at least it seems about average.Well, Im gonna find out. Ill let you guys know the results. Thanks again. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
