Okay here it is, I am about to start a fat loss diet, I have been researching it but I find it kind of a complicated subject, however the problem is that I work the night shift and dont get up on time to go to the gym in the day so I go at about 4;00 am after work, so My question is what should I be eating for a post workout meal? a protein shake or a meal? this is the diet I have put together please critique it meal 1.. oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein powder/ orange juice. meal 2... tuna, with four slices of brown bread. meal 3... 2 chicken breasts/ veggies or salad, meal 4... nitro tech meal 5... 2 chicken breasts/ veggies/ or salad. meal 6 ... post workout nitro tech, with flax seed oil, no fat cottage cheese with bannas. I have way to much bf and need to drop some pounds I will be taking fina/ e/c/a / T3 and winny with this diet. please help all critism is welcome!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Your diet looks fine. Make sure you boil the chicken breast instead of frying and remove the skin. Try getting tuna in spring water as well to avoid the sodium. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
