Okay here it is, I am about to start a fat loss diet, I have been researching it but I find it kind of a complicated subject, however the problem is that I work the night shift and dont get up on time to go to the gym in the day so I go at about 4;00 am after work, so My question is what should I be eating for a post workout meal? a protein shake or a meal? this is the diet I have put together please critique it

meal 1.. oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein powder/ orange juice.

meal 2... tuna, with four slices of brown bread.

meal 3... 2 chicken breasts/ veggies or salad,

meal 4... nitro tech

meal 5... 2 chicken breasts/ veggies/ or salad.

meal 6 ... post workout nitro tech, with flax seed oil, no fat cottage cheese with bannas.

I have way to much bf and need to drop some pounds I will be taking fina/ e/c/a / T3 and winny with this diet. please help all critism is welcome!!!

Your diet looks fine. Make sure you boil the chicken breast instead of frying and remove the skin. Try getting tuna in spring water as well to avoid the sodium.
