I know several of you are trying DNP right now or have done a few cycles. I have done extensive reading on it now and I am about ready to do a quick cycle. I was wondering what some of you have done for diet while on. Do you cut calories much or eat a fairly normal diet staying lower on the carbs. I weigh 265 right now. I have dropped 6 pounds of fat in 3 weeks just by adding fina to my deca/sust cycle and as my cycle comes to an end I want to hit some DNP to shed a few extra pounds before I start a cutting cycle in 6 weeks. I am looking for some examples and advice on what to eat - calories, grams of protein during the DNP. I am going to start Wednesday and run it 10 days about 500mg per day. I have enough fina left to use while I am on the DNP as well.

Well,i'm nearly a week into my dnp cycle & i'm still eating 6/7 meals a day.Keeping protein high naturally,but i've made no attempt to cut carbs at all,just kept them clean.
Seems to be working fine because i've dropped 4lbs in the last 3 days.
Good luck with your dnp cycle,this shit is truely amazing.

Last cycle of DNP I was consuming aprox. 2500 calories.
40% protein. 60 % carbs.
Before & after workouts I kept my carbs simple.
My start weight was aprox. 212 pounds at the time, after dnp 200. (8 days on.)

Before & after workouts I'd eat 25%protein, 75% carbs.
A normal day ON DNP lifting weights would look like this:
meal 1: 28 gr. protein, 45 gr. carbs.
meal 2: the same.
pre workout meal: 36 gr protein, 112 gr. carbs.
post workout meal: the same.
before going to bed : 30 gr. protein, 20 gr. carbs.
If I needed more meals in a day, I'd break the meal 1 & 2 into smaller meals.

You dont meed to do any special dieting while on DNP. Just watch your caloric intake (cut it down a little) and stay away from the fats. Dont do a keto diet, it could be more dangerous.
just a regular old diet will do just fine. It even works when your diet is shitty.

Ha - I may be a little chubby right now but noone was calling me chubby when I was doing sets of 10 with 120 pound dumbells on the incline bench tonight (actually I think I heard someone call me fat bastard)

Well anyways - to anyone that answered my post with what I was asking thank you. I guess I won't do anything special with my diet I'll just keep it around where it is.
