In my next cycle I am planning on doing sust250 with EQ and Nolvadex. What dosages/week should I use of both sust250 & EQ to reduce the gyno risk? Also when do I start the Nolvadex and what dosage, i.e. should I start from the begining with a small dose (5mg/day)? Need your help guys. Thanks!     | ||

I WOULD GO WITH 400MG/WEEK OF EQ FOR 10 WEEKS AND 500MG/WEEK OF SUST FOR 8 WEEKS. YOU WILL ONLY NEED THE NOLVA IF YOU FEEL GYNO COMING ON. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 | ||

Hey man just give us more info! I can inject 2000mg of test per week and I will never get gyno but people react different. What are your goals? What dosage do you want to use and how long are you going to stay on? Your stats? How many cycles have you done? | ||

OK guys here is some more info on my experience. I am 29years old, 6'4" weight 230lbs. I have done 4 cycles so far, 2 of them Deca+ Winny (good gains, no side effects), 1 Winny+ Fianabolin (some gains, hard look , no side effects) & 1 cycle Propi+Etha+D-bol (no real gains, got a bit of gyno) Right now my chest has a bloated look (water+fat) which I got when I did the D-bols with Test. The doc said it's due to high test level and will go down. Has anybody had that bloated look in their chest (it swells up everytime the muscle contracts) and did it go away completely, how long did it take?? That is why I am so terrified of gyno side effects. I want to gain as much solid muscle as possible, without gyno. I already have the sust250 so I am kind of stuck with it and am thinking of using EQ with it together with Nolvadex. Anyway, that is my experience, reasoning for gyno alert. PLease give me your feedback on the dosages, schedule as well as if anybody has had the bloated chest. Thanks a lot for your help. ------------------ | ||

I would do 1000mg sos for the first four weeks-and then cut down to 750mg/week for last four-run the eq for 10 weeks at 400mg a week. use anti-estrogens only if necessary. ------------------ | ||

Not sure why you would taper the sust..keep it at 1000mg throughout, but if gyno starts to show I would try 20 to 30 mg per day for about a week then 10mg for the rest of the cycle | ||

E, grab some proviron, it stops the gear from converting to estrogen. You will not get a rebound effect as if you took nolvadex. It will keep you very hard and lean. Cycle 50mg/day 3 weeks on 2 off 3 on for the duration. You will like the effects ------------------ | ||

Yes 1000mg of sust per week sounds good and 400-500mg of Eq for 10 weeks. Proviron is a good idea but I suggest you to use Arimidex if you can afford it. A friend of mine tried this stuff with awesome results! | ||

A gram of Test for 8 weeks?! No. From your past cycles it sounds like you are sensitive to test explaining the gyno. Dude at the most run it 500mg weeks 1-8. 300-400mg of EQ 1-10. Arimidex would be an investment. It would not only prevent this cycles gyno, but could quite possibly revert the previouse gyno as well. I don't have any armidex around here, only Nolvadex. What is the best way to use Nolvadex in the cycle to prevent gyno? Nolvadex is about the only thing I can find around here in Toronto, no Armidex, Clomid, Proviron, etc.. How do I use Nolvadex with Sust? I suggest using clomid throughout the cycle, perhaps that will help keep estrogen down to a min and in turn your water retention will lower. This always works for me, but some people need more and you do sound sensitive to test. Then if thats not enough use nolvadex, but only if gyno is appearing, as stated above. |
