the hardest weight too loose is between 10% and 4to 6%
if you are at 8% now at aroud 4 weeks out now more than 30-60 grams of carbs a day.

every 3rd day rais the carb level.
you need to shock the body.

A couple days from contest it might not even be a good idea to drink some protein shakes.(just meat) and yams.

now 2 days befor contest 0 carbs and lower water intake.
Dont forget to tan as well

Why the hell would you go 0 carbs directly before a show. Your muscles will be flatter than a peice of rice paper. You need glycogen in your muscles to make them full. As I see it the only real weight loss from low/no carb dieting is water weight and glycogen. I personally loose fat far more efficiently with carbs in there. With proper carb rotation you can keep calories low enough, carbs low enough to loose exccessive amounts of woter, but still keep enough carbs in your diet to keepm the muscles full(with glycogen). This ultimately will give the appearance of larger muscles and more cuts.

i *totally* agree with beezers!
WTF are you talking about man!
0 carb diet flush the water out of you, and chances are the guy is prolly gonna be on an eca stack : even worse!

You want to have your muscle to FULL potential, not in flaccid form! WTF?
Explain your reasoning?

Start dieting about 8-10 weeks out...your diet will ultimately depend on 1) gear usage, and 2) training...put up your cycle (if there is one) and what you plan on doing to prepare (cardio, weights, etc.) and then we can work on diet...it's possible to get ready for a show naturally ( www.angelfire.com/pa2/badkins/thirdbodybuildingcontest.hmtl ) but will be easier with some gear...drop me an e-mailif you have any specific questions...
