It's been about 4 months (at least), and I'm still not sure what I want to take. First off I am 21 185lbs and 6' @ 20%bf (yes I know I'm fat) I have a very hard time gaining upperbody strength. I could go up 20lbs a week on legs if I wanted to. I can gain weight easily (mostly fat) and I have a hard time loosing fat. So my goals are to loose some bodyfat obviously and gain nice lean muscle. I have been researching and exercising hard for about 4 years now, and have made somewhat decient gains. I eat roughly 3000-3500 calories a day, about 30g fat, 250-300g protein and the rest carbs. I don't eat large meals and split it all up in several meals throughout the day.
Any way I was thinking for my fist cycle to use Deca and Sust, but I just know I will retain gallons of water. So I thought maybe I'd use Deca and Winny or Sust and Winny. Just because of my body type, I know I'll gain lots of weight on a cycle but I don't want most of that weight to be fat and water. I'd rather do cardio 5 days a week and keep fat and water retention off but would that have a large negative effect on my muscle gains while on juice? I'd just like some suggestions on a good cycle for us fat fucks. I will of course use clomid and nolvadex etc during the course of the cycle and at the end. I have not purshased anything yet but I plan to very soon. I was thinking 300mg Deca/week with 250mg Sust/week. Or 300mg Deca/week with 150mg Winny/week. Or 250mg Sust/week with 150mg Winny/week. Also I wanted to get some t3

Like I said before I have never used juice so my fist cycle is the most important and I want to get the full benefits from it. Even if I didn't gain but 10 pounds putting me to 195 and dropped my bf% to 10 or 13% I'd be happy. I'm tired of being fat, it'd be nice to see abs for a change.

Any way flame me and critique my information. If anyone out there has a similar bodytype to mine and has experience please let me know what you think I sould do. I am open to all suggestions.

bro, you need to rely on your diet and cardio to get your body fat down, don't rely on the steroids. I would get down to at LEAST 15% then start deca\winny and clen at the end. 6' tall and 185 with 20% body fat isn't good. I find it hard to believe you've been training hard and eating only 30 grams of fat for the past four years. You need to get in better shape before relying on the juice.

You have to try to drop as much bf as you can before doing a cycle,coz you will just end up larger but still with alot of bf.
Shoot for lean tissue gains coz at least that way you'll be getting a better deal from your juice.IMO.
