For those who broke out very badly on their last cycles, what type of precautions did you take to prevent it? Did you take 2-3 showers/day, wash you face every couple hours or so, b-5, topicals, dial soap, etc...? [This message has been edited by Frackal (edited January 14, 2001).]     | ||

my acne is terrible right now, i posted some help a little before your did. maybe you should look into accutane before your cycle that way you wont break out, because if my understanding is correct about acne, it cures it. am i right? help him out bro. ps. my post is around too, if you gots the time please give me some input. | ||

I have tried everything bro, I am prone to acne and thats the bottom line. I have used accutane once in the past but that was when I was a teen. Had a script for it and it worked. I am gonna try that for my next cycle. Starting soon ------------------ | ||

Ralp accutane takes a while to work with my understanding I dont know if just taking it before your cycle would work cause i have never done it but from what I have heard it takes quite awhile to kick in and also it doesnt work for everyone. Worth a try tho |
