If you want your shoulders to look big work on the side deltoid, it is what gives that big rounded look. Do alot of presses for overall should mass then side latieral raises for the side delt. Use good form so that it is on the side delt. You can work front and back delts too if you think you need but i usely get a good front delt work on bench days and back delt on back days. my shoulders are one of my best bodyparts, I get compliments on them all the time. I have a very developed round cap to the medial head. Right now this what I do for shoulders. BTW-I work shoulders on a seperate day. I start off with 1-2 machine presses to warm up good. I will either do pyrimid sets with machine presses, military or dumbell presses. I perform about 7-8 total. 14,12,10,8,10,12,14. After that I perform 3 sets of lateral raises at about 10reps. I only use a 20lb. dumbell slowly control the weight on both the positive and negitive. Then 3 sets of an exercise hitting my rear delts. | ||
