My bis have always been my weakest muscle group. I'm going on a 10 week long cutting cycle w/ Primo Depot and Winny Depot soon, and I was considering injecting 1/2cc (1/2ml) into each bicep, every other day, in the hopes of getting a greater local effect in these muscles. Any thoughts on this? Thanks. ------------------     | ||

I hear so many people say the always iject into their ass, you'd figure everyone would turn ito a fat-ass when their old-and-gray. I really think you should rotate injection sites. ------------------ | ||

Water based injectables tend to get infected when done in Bis,and tris.Go with the glutes or delts J | ||

Site injecting is BS. The body has a remarkable circulatory system; you cant get any more juice into your bicep muscle cells by site injecting than you can by doing an injection in any other muscle. Logic here, guys. If spot injecting really worked, wouldnt you expect all of the pro's the have HUGE asses? Perhaps if you did site injections with oil based steroids you will precieve some local "growth" however this is not actual growth.. just size. Much like synthol. So if you like spot injections, just realize that it's the oil doing the work; not the steroid. Andy | ||

@cornellius so if winny doesn�t have any local effects, how do you explain my unbelievable calf growth after regular calf-winny-injections? have you ever read the paper that comes e.g. with the winny from zambon? zambon writes clearly that winny DOES produce local growth! best wishes taz | ||

About site injecting, while it does not produce growth, this is not what the average bodybuilder in concerned with. Some guys just want to be big. If it was possible to be 260lbs, 5'8 at 3% bodyfat, and squat 135lbs, or bench 135lbs, I bet there's people out there that would do it. It's all about goals. The oil will produce a localized increase in muscle diameter, which over time, can lead to greater growth by stretching the fascia of the muscle. I cycles a cheap Pump-N-Pose type product for 6 weeks in my bi's and Tri's. Results? gained 3 1/2 inches on each arm by the end of the 6 weeks, 4 weeks later, I kept a little over an inch, and still have it. I wasn't trying to make that muscle larger specifically by increasing its' contractile ability, I just wanted the appearance of it being larger. If that's your goal...it will work. However, I would stay away from water based site injections. Drink it...shoot the primo in the bi's. |
