if your bench max is 235 you are probably new to weightlifting and still experienced newbie gains. i don't think that is clen working.

I'm sure. It's common for your bench to jump 15 lbs in 6 days.

You bench my increase dramatically if you were around 120 lbs. At 220, rapid gains is unlikely. A 230 bench is hardly "newbie." If he was maxing around 185, that might classify as newbie.

haha, at 220 rapid gains are unlikely? nobody told me that.

but anyways, it all comes down to percentage of bodyweight being benched on whether or not you can gain quickly.

I mean a natural 220, but yes, there's lots of variables involved.

It took me 3 years to bench 225, starting at 100 lbs (don't laugh!). This was ages 15-17. I was also horribly under-nourished.

yea i was the same way. i gained fairly quick when i was natural (115-205 in about 5 months) but my body composition was an absolute joke. i was what you would call a skinny-fat guy.

I'm not a newbie. I have been working out for over 4 years and the last 18 months really hard. I had my newbie gains along time ago d1734. This is my first time taking any "real" stuff. I have been benching 200 and up since September and never gained anything like 15 pounds in six days. I plan on taking my first cycle some time next month which I plan on taking Test and D-Bol can't wait. I have been taking 4 clen tabs a day also. Man I love this stuff and I'ts pretty cheap also.

I experienced somewhat increased lifts the first time I took clen. Ever since, not really.
And as a natural you don't gain 15 pounds i 6 days easily.
Congrats bro, and keep it going.

Hey Ash.....I don't know if its the clen or not, regardless keep up the good work. Don't let anyone get ya down. Some people can bench alot more than others. keep this in mind..I'm 235LBS/6'0 and can bench around 415 for 1 rep. My training partner is only 178lbs and holds a power lifing record of 440lbs bench in the state of IL in his weight class. Don't think that doesn't discourage me, but of well, gotta keep going......So good luck........
