One week into 250mg sus/week for 8 weeks and 25mg Dbol/day for 4 weeks. Was up 9 lbs yesterday, but due to real bad sus flu yesterday and today and not being able to eat solid food, I'm down a pound. Stomach is starting to feel better tonight, so back to eating everything in sight tomorrow (hopefully). Added half inch to arms and some noticable size to chest and shoulders. Pants are already fitting tighter around the thigh area. Not a real noticable difference in strength yet, expecting that to kick in early next week. Thanks, sb. I'm shooting for 5500 cal/day, at least 250 grams of protein. Drinking alot of whole milk, a lot of eggs, as much red meat as I can. Let me tell you, stuffing yourself for a week then getting sus flu and not being able to eat SUCKS! Oh well, comes with the territory I guess. I'm not taking any measurements until after the cycle is over, just weight for now. But pre cycle, if I can remember, arms were about 14, chest was about 38, waist about 33, can't remember anything else right now. The day I started my cycle, weight was 147, yesterday was 156, just weighed myself, now down to 154, got to get back on track tomorrow.
