Opinions wanted and welcome. Stats: 5'11 190 8-11% bf. 4 areas: Chemical support, diet, training/cardio, supplements Sust 500 mg/wk first 3 wks Deca 400mg/wk first 8 wks Halo 25mg/daily last 4 weeks winny 50mg/daily last 6 weeks T-3 will run last 6 weeks in pyramiding fashion. Don't think much of clen. clomid at end. Diet: Diet will be a modified zone diet with 5% being taken from the carb portion and added to the protein portion. Protein 35% carbs 35% fats 30%. Carbs will also be mostly eaten before 6pm and will be complex for the most part. Fats will be made up of mostly the non saturated kinds. We all know what proteins to eat so no need to get into that. 6-7 meals a day every 2 to 2.5 hours about 450 cals per meal (AVG.) for about 2900 daily cals. 1.5 gallons of non tap water will be drank daily across the course of the day. This will exclude water for Protein shakes, so really about 2 gallons daily. Training/cardio: Each muscle will get blitzed once weekly with 7 to 10 heavy sets mostly compound movements. All the tricks will be employed (drop sets, supersets, descending reps, negatives, etc.) Idea is not to be training for over 45 minutes (weight section that is) Cardio will be bloods and guts and nothing will be left undone. Running 5 miles, hiking very fast, jumping rope, incline treadmill walking, hill running, heavy bag. All these will be included on a random basis 5 or 6 times weekly. This will be done in the morning, when possible, on an empty stomach.
I've had this cycle in my head for months, working on it, and think I have created what is best.

Kick ass plan bro. You are very well organized. That will lead to success. You also seem to have the knowledge and maturity that seems to be lacking in many. Only one point caught my attention. You cardio looks a bit intense...in my opinion. I take it easy on the cardio to preserve the muscle mass to my fullest potential. Good diet and weights alone will shed bodyfat very well. Cardio is insurance as I see it. It will burn extra calories. Burn too many however and you will jepordize lean body mass. I just walk for an hour. I'm not sure exactly what you had in mind but unless you're preparing for the boston marathon there is no need for excessively intense cardio. It will do more harm than good. Great plan though. Preparation is the key. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

What about throwing in some sprint interval training? That always gets me cut. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

HughGellats I have the speed interval training in there (the hill running is what I do)as I know how good it is for you. I tend to do it at the end of a run as that is when you are tapping your fat storages the most and going up a mountain hill is very tough! It isn't the center of the cardio regiment though like a sprinters routine may have. On the the other opinion I agree as well it may turn me into a marathoner (and looking like one also) and should be toned down. I will substitute a couple more serious exercises with light incline treadmill work for duration. Continue to burn the calories but at a less stressful exercise. I think if it is so organized, planned and scientific and you have the disclipline to follow the script, success is yours to take! Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah, I think that doing intense cardio a couple times a week leads to quicker results. Don't overdo it though. Cycle is sick though... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
