I am pretty sure each 10cc vial is considered one dose in most states (Tx i am pretty sure) so it is hard for them to pin the intent to sell on your ass. I have a friend who got stopped coming back from mexico, he had around 20-30 10cc vials on him and he got 2 years of probation and some comunity service. The charge will be whiped clean also if he doesn't violate his probation and he could be let off early. ------------------ |
