I have never really though about this until today but think about it... It is a liquid in an air tight, sealed glass enclosure. How the hell do they get it in there? Maybe I'm the only person that doesnt know this but hey, I am curious now  .E     | ||

When the juice is first injected into the amp there is a small hole on the very tip. Very small like 18g. After juice is injected, tip is heated and glass melts together forming a seal. | ||

before they are filled they look like little bottles with open ends . when heated with a flame the end seals itself . | ||

I work in a chemistry lab at a prominent pharmaceutical company. They use a machine called a cazzoli. The product is filled into the ampule and then the tip is burned at the perfect temp to form the seal. Its pretty cool to see. Just some trivia, every ampule you guys see is tested for leaks by dipping it in a solution of dye. Its part of the companys end product testing for ampule suited drugs. ------------------ | ||
