bi's are incredibly painful to work intensly... ive never gone that far but gotten dizzy a few times... ------------------

I think your probably more likely to puke on leg day because their is a lot more body movement in most of the basic movements for legs. | ||

If you train legs you are more likely to 'puke' due to the extra stress and workload that you place on them. It is a shock for your whole nervous system when legs are trained due to the amount needed to train them fully because they are a much larger muscle than arms. You should not need to train arms in the same way as legs but equal intensity should be used. Just my opinion though. ------------------ |
