I have been reading this board for a yr or so now. I rarely post. But as of late I have had some bad joint problems and as I recall , some time ago this issue was discussed. I would like to hear from men who know , does the deca realy work, and how do you recomend dosage for this problem ? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I have found susta, to be the more suitable for joint trouble, It works great, and is cheaper. 500mg a week is plenty.

Deca worked for me at as little as 200mg\week. 400\week worked better:P

I've used Deca in my shoulders, when it got to where It was too painful to bench 135#.I could not lift my right arm lateraly.I took 2 weeks off and injected 50mgs ED (this was before the 200mgs/ml deca)in both shoulders(directly where the pain was) and in 2 weeks there was no more pain. I don't know if it was the oil lubracating the joints or the drug itself. But I do know that 2 weeks off helped but it was not the only factor involved. I have never tried anything else so I don't know if anything else would give same results.Just relaying my story .Hope it helped. ------------------

It worked great for me. I really didn't have that much joint pain but I did notice a difference when I came off it though...

It masks the pain, but it does work. It is an intramuscular injection so the oil can't get to your joint. The drug somehow increases the fluids in the joints and acts as a lubricant. Tendonitis in shoulder was gone for 8weeks at 400mgs a day ------------------

My joints always feel fine when i'm on Deca, which is one of the main reasons I like it. Primobolan seemed to help my joint pain too. I continued to feel pain while using Sust/Cyctahohs.

Deca cross-reacts with the progesterone receptor. That is why some people get gyno from it. Conversely, by stimulating an increase in progestins, it makes our body produce more sinovial fluid(the fluid around the joints). By increasing the volume of this fluid, the joint becomes protected against scraping itself against the otherside of the joint, which is responsible for causing the swelling and pain. Godspeed
