That's awesome. I hope you keep it. Have you read Jeff_rys's article about pgf? He took only it and gained alot on arm size (i don't remember right off hand). Only he lost at least most of it I think when he came off. He said his arms were still very lean and cut looking though. How much are you using? | ||

you the that big center vien you have on top..well I go a bit medial 1 day and a bit lateral the next..no pain any more..the pgf2a hurst for about 1hr..the prop eq is nothing..using the 25g 5-8th..you dont feel a think with the pgf2a I use an insulin needle..still lift heavy..and are more vascular..and the best news..yesterday the neighbor said your arms look bigger..I was a happy camper | ||

ever spot inject winny in the arms? don't think it would work with an insulin needle but has anybody done this? my friend wants to try this and I won't do and never have it so any feedback would be appreciated | ||

By insulin needle, do you mean 25g or 27g? Either way, I don't know how your getting it through. Wow, I have enough trouble with 23g needles. I'm really interested to hear, 25 or 27 guage...it might help reduce the pain I go through. | ||

I would only use the zambon winny as the multi doses can easily contaminate. As far as needle you need depending on bf at least 5/8 to an inch | ||

For those looking for precise injection locations: hypothetically of course, I would have bought a Netter's atlas and avoid any nerves. I don't have it in front of me, but you would want to see the picture yourselves anyway. Even with it I did still hit some minor blood vessels and it would leave a bruise. I would have injected in a about four different spots, each side in the center and each end. |
