Food and dedication in the gym. You're not even close to being ready to use AS. Concentrate on your diet and your training. On and off for two years= very little experience. I would wait if I were you. AS will do nothing if you don't know your body and how to manipulate it. You're not seeing the results because you're not putting in the effort. Sounds harsh but it's the truth. If you get your diet and traing together you will see a big difference...naturaly. AS is the final step...It is the last chapter of the book. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There was one point in time in my two years lifting that i lifted 6 days a week watched what I ate, for the most part, and busted out 2 miles a day.and saw minimal gains in appearence this lasted for about 8 months. This pissed me off so I stopped. I'm not fat,I could be skinnier my bench was at one point like 265 so I no I have some strength, Bottom line I want results someone guide me in the right direction with a kickass cut cycle so i can see some difference Please Thanks Bruins02 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's time to juice when your workin hard and you get nothing from it, I've worked to the point of burnout and quit at that point. If your about to quit or burning out you should think of some help. But once you juice you can't quit working out. Your decision to make, make an educated one... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

250 of sust a week and work out hard, and eat right you'll be amazed. No sides either. Of course once you quit you will struggle to stay there and will want more. That's what everyone on this board does. But seriously you would be a hell of a lot better off if you study and hang around here awhile and listen. I wish I knew what I knew now when I started juicing. Knowledge is power. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Maybe you overworked yourself or had little intensity. For sure I'm no AS buff, in fact I have been all natural so far. But, for sure I see gains...AS would just help us to reach the ultimate potential that our bodies have. I am about your size....I am 5'9" 180...not sure what the body fat is right now...prob around 10%. But at this size I don't mind taking the shirt off for sure. How strong do you feel...can you bench 300lbs yet?
