If "hypothetically of course" a friend and I pull our money together to order some gear and it is sent to my house, could I be guilty of distribution of a controlled substance even if I'm not selling them? do we have a lawyer on the board?    | ||

According to Federal Statutes, you and your friends would be guilty of Conspiracy, just for talking about it! You are subject to the whim of the Prosecuting Entity, as to what, if anything, you WOULD be charged with. You COULD be charged with intent to distibute, if the Quantity of Controled Subtance falls within the parameters of this charge. You are considering illegal behavior. There is no real GREY area here. It is worth the risk or it isn't. I will not condone nor condemn the use of the Juice. I will say that I anyone who has ever used, has had to make the same choice that you face. I think it would depend on quantity, unless your friend volunteers the info that he went in on it with you (which is unlikely) ------------------ |
