I JUST STARTED MY FIRST CYCLE TODAY AND IT WAS A BITCH TRYING TO BREAK OPEN THE AMPS AND INJECT INTO MY THIGHS. I AM TAKING 5OO MGS OF OMNADREN FOR 9 WKS AND 20MGS OF D-BOL FOR FIRST 3 WKS. I AM HOPING TO GAIN 20 LBS BY MARCH. MY THIGH IS KILLING ME! I HOPE YOU BROS CAN GUIDE ME ALONG THE WAY THROUGH THIS CYCLE. I AM COUNTING ON YOU BROS FOR HELP.     | ||

i would do the omna every three or four days (250 each jab) to keep the short acting esters flowing nicely. i also had a problem with painful omna injections on my first cycle but i am now mixing it with deca wich relieves the pain no end. good luck bro | ||

Yeah, go to Home Depot or somewhere and get a three sided EXTRA SLIM file. File (score) a line around the neck of the amp. Should break nice and clean. Use gentle force. It will pop. How do you know if it's hard to inject in your glute. Have you ever tried it? | ||

bro i only do quad shots you will be fine just rotate quads and the site......glutes are to hard for me to reach and i always fuck it up.....delts are also a bitch.... | ||
