Alright, i'm doing insulin by itself to see how it goes for a while. I'm on my fourth day and all seems to be going well. I'm up to 8 units per day and taking creatine and glutamine with grape juice for carbs and and protein shake for the protein. The thing i'm wondering is this. How much do you guys use per day, when did you start seeing or feeling results, and after the cycle were you happy with what you gained. I guess i'm just paranoid but 8 units seems so small in the needle and i haven't felt any side effects (which of course with insulin is fucking good), so im just a little paranoid that its not working. started at 10, worked my way up to 25IU post cycle...this cycle, gonna do more probably..but start at 10 and work your way up and see... big-guy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Honestly...I used 5iu's for a long time post workout only. Worked out 3 days a week. I went up to 6, then 7 iu's a day. If you can get away with less than what people are advising, do less. The idea is that you only feel the effects of getting bigger and stronger...not feeling the slin and it's hypo. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i used it between cycles to help maintain mass. in six weeks of "off juice time" i used 15-20 iu's of insulin post workout. i like 15 the best i think. I only lost 5 pounds of what i gained on a bulking cycle. I find it hard to stay lean and take the stuff though, have to have a very strict diet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Be careful using grape juice with insulin. If the juice doesn't have enough suger added, you may have troubles. I would suggect using dextrose powder. Fructose is not efficient. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
