How do u bros work in meals,workouts, classes, and if you work on campus, work .Lets say your first class starts at 8:00 MONDAY WENSDAY FRIDAY.Also any great tips for quick meals.Any help would be great. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yo bro... I have to wake up BEFORE class at 8:00 to eat and shower... I wake up at 7:00 and eat.. I even wake up at 4:00am to eat.. Try to bring a thing of tuna wiht you too class.. Just eat it outside of the calss becasue your mates will hate you for it.. ahah Eat when ever you can.. Take eggs with you and drink them up before and after class... Lift before work, and try to eat a bit at work... when ever possible EAT.. Get your self a meal replacement and make at least 3 shaked a day.. Morning after workout and before bed.... Eat, eat, eat and find time to do it.. I DO, and ITS NOT EASY... Just put a bit of effort in.. mI nwo it sucks waking up earlier than you have to, but ya have to do it... IT is easier to eat clean and train hard while I am at schooll than it is when I am home for breaks or summer. I wake up around 7 if I have an 8 or 8 if I have a 9...I immediatly make a protein shake...I make a peanut butter and rice cake sandwich for a sanck around 10am or a solid protein bar works well. I go to the dining hall at 1pm and eat a meal like turkey sandwich or grilled chicken..something healthy, a fruit and veggies....I workout around 3 depending on my schedule. If I workout later I will have a protein shake and hour before say at 3 or 4pm. After I workout, I go right to the dining hall and eat my carbs and protein...Around 8pm I will have cottage cheese or something like that with a protein shake. At 11pm I will have my last shake with minimal carbs. Usually protein in water.....I workout five days a week and take weekends off....... THis is my schedule for workingout::::: I WILL PERFORM ONE OR TWO LEG EXERCISES EACH DAY IN ADDITION TO THAT BODYPART....I JUST FINISHED MY 4TH YEAR OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL SO I DO NOT WANT TO DO MUCH LEGS, THEY ARE TO BIG ALREADY AND I AM SICK OF SQUATING FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS OF MY LIFE. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

JSNAKE what school are you at in SC? My training schedule and eating differs on different days, you just need to sit down and plan things according to the class schedule and other obligations. Its not hard. MRP make eating really easy. I have classes starting no later than 9:30 everyday so I just whip up a shake before class. I also take one to the gym and have one right before bed. I schedual my classes around my meals and training. I have a two hour window between these two meals so I'll squeeze a class in there, go eat, then go to another class. I packed all my food for the day and made it the night before. I would say try to study during the day between classes as much as possible. I trained at 6pm and tried to get in bed by 11. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have to the same tpe of scheduale...I wake up 3 days a week for morning cardio, I cook all my meals the night before for the day, (I live in a frat house so the george foreman grill is my main component) I bring all my meals and shakes with me on campus and study and eat and then I train balls at night...once you get into a routine you feel like shit if you fuck it up ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Dude, JSNAKE33, my best friend goes to the Citadel. He is a nob, this year, but supposedly he is the head of his company. I think he tried to play there, but he just didnt have the size, he wasnt very tall. But I hear you about the legs, I am in football right now and my legs are too damn bulky, I have to buy pants 3 sizes bigger and have them take out the waist, and I dont do squats because of a degenerated disk. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
