would waking up during the middle of the night, to down an MRP be worth a lot in your effrots to add mass, you figure you fast for 8 hours at night, and lose a lot of anabolism to to say, so reducing this Catabolic part of the day could be crucial, any of you do this, and have you noticed increased size from it, I just dont know if it is worth waking up in the middle of the night to take an MRP, you'd be adding probably around 600 cals to your diet and around 50 grams of Protein, curious to if any of you find this worth while.

i know that i usually wake up in the middle o the night to take a leak so i just down one anyway. but i guess if you dont wake up then setting the alarm could not be too good. espically if its hard for you to fallalseep again. but if your up then why not.

I think its worth it. It depends on your sleeping schedule. I wouldn't set my alarm and wake up, but if you happen to get up why not drink up.

it's not wise to break sleep but if your up anyways then go ahead and if you have any
d-bol tabs go ahead and pop those bad boys in too.

I agree with most of the posts. I wake up a couple times a night to shake hands with the mayor. If I am up, it doesn't take much time to stir a little protein powder into a glass of milk. 50 more grams down the hole.

Just use a casein-based protein before you go to bed. It degrades much slower than whey based.

If you're up do it, but don't get up just to do it.

I mix them up ahead of time. When I get up to piss (every night) I zap a drink... or if I'm really hunger, I'll make a peanutbutter and honey sandwich AND a drink.... yes honey. I don't know why, but I love 'em

I'll down one only if I wake in the middle of the night. Another meal is always good. 50grms of pro 7 days/wk= an extra 350 gms of pro. it's like having 8 days in a week!

The protein is good in the middle of the night if you wake up. Don't set an alarm or anything. The sleep that you will loose will offset the benefits. You are wanting to stop growth in order to provide more raw material for growth. That's kind of like selling your car for gas money.
Do not take an MRP at night! You do not need all that extra fat and carbohydrates in your system while you sleep.
The best thing that you could do would be to drink some whey protein (NOT CONCENTRATE) that contains nothing but protein. An even better idea would be to add some caseinate.
But again, this is ONLY if you happen to wake up. Don't set an alarm. This is my opinion of dbol too BTW. Don't sacrifice the only time you have to grow.
