not to kiss ass, but george's soy isolate deluxe isn't that bad, especially if mixed with sugar free nestles quick, or the alba chocholate shake mix you get in the diabetic section of the supermarket.

i understand some people have trouble digesting soy.

Soy isolate is very, very cheap. I could probably sell it for $1 per lb and still make a profit. It has a protein content ranging from 80-90%. It has a terrible taste that's if you can choke the stuff down. I haven't tried George's soy product but maybe it's better than the ones I've tried.
The only advantages of soy lie in it's isoflavones which are known to fight cancer as well as a few other healtful benefits.
As far as bodybuilders are concerned, some reasearch has proved that it can actually increase the level of estrogen in the body. Yet, other research has disproven this. The jury is still out on this subject.
