I was reading up on Ref-B (scince I have never used it before) and I seen someone say it was very dirty and that shooting it was bad and you only get like 25% of what you do shoot. Now someone also said to get it into the syringe and shoot it into some orange juice or stright into your mouth. They said oral is better for Ref-B. Has anyone heard of this? Ref-B is a 17AA. That means it will work just as good orally. It is a good product although rumored to be underdosed and dirty. So please don't inject it. ------------------ | ||

Go to HiHealth and get empty gel caps. I think they're $4 for 200 of them. Use an 18g to draw and poke it threw the cap and squirt it in. It tastes like ass. I've never taken it but I tasted a friends and it was nasty as hell!! Later, Green ------------------ I GET MAD!!!! | ||

I gained about 10 pounds off it . used for about 6 weeks....taste like shit. burped the taste up and almost puked everytime... other than that i liked it....goes great with sustunon! | ||

If you can't find the gel caps go get some Vit E poke a hole in it squirt out the Vit E and then fill it up with the Rev, don't inject this and if you squirt it in your mouth it tend to leave an after tast for awhile but you get use to it. | ||

Yes it is d-bol. It is a mass gainer roid, so I will use it this once and if I like it I will think about it again. Realy I am looking for a roid that will give me nice cuts, while adding some muscle. I am 6' 2" at 233lbs, so I am big already, just need to be a little more cut. It is the 50ml bottle of ref-b, a mexcian d-bol. I am taking 2cc's every day for 4 weeks, and if I gain 5lbs I will be happy. That will put me up to around 240. Next cycle will be DNP or Clen, or FINA??? I need to cut up. My diet now is low low carbs (hardly any at all) and good protien. I plan on loosing like 15lbs of fat, and gaining 5lbs of muscle. ROCK SOLID! Also, I am going to take test for 2 weeks in the middle of my cycle. Like 5cc's per week, or maybe all 10cc's in 1 week??? I think spreding it over 2 weeks will be good, good quick strength, and I hope to keep atleast 20% of that. You know how test is, great shit while you are on it, but 2-3 weeks after you feel weak and loose almost everything you gained, maybe keep a little. Anyway, my first cycle of d-bol, so I will let you know. My last cycle was EQ, TEST, Brovel's generic deca, and some other deca. I put on 14lbs and my strength went through the roof. Made the mistake of shooting the stuff 1 time! That was enough for me! Ref-B Hurts like a MUTHA*&#%@. I use the 1000IU vitamin E gels. I make a weeks worth at a time. Seal the hole with parafin wax. Take them to work with me so that I can split daily dose into 4. Cheaper than Tabby's I find and just as effective! | ||
