Hey fellas...I just came off a sust/dbol/deca cycle about a month and a half ago and put on some good muscle but also some fat....Im going to lay off the sauce for another couple months but want to really cut down without losing alot of muscle mass. Ive on a clean diet, im taking Eca twice a day, 2 in the morning and 2 before my workout, and doing 30 mins of cardio 4 times week. Now, am I going to lose alot of muscle mass doing this. and is Eca good to preserve the muscle mass...I appreciate some responses..Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would say clen would be a better choice to help with maintaining muscle mass while stripping the fat ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't see a problem w/ what you are doing. You could probably even up the doseage w/out too much worry. And even if you do loose a little muscle you're still gonna look better (and probably bigger) w/ less fat. Just make sure you don't cut back on fats too much and you should be OK. Try to keep fat around 20% of calories. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
