Have any of you read @ Muscle Media's (I know...I know) website that article about IGF growth hormone and how to stimulate its production by bulking one week and cutting one week and how this is anabolic?

COuld someone explain the nitty gritty on this? I dont understand it.
Or point me to an article which talks more in depth about it. Thanks
