I'm not much of a cardio fanatic. I do it when neccessary and only to use up extra calories hence speeding up weigh loss. 6mph sounds a bit too intense to me. I walk at 4. If you are sport training then I would assume you have the need for a higher cardio-vascular endurance capacity but for bodybuilding purposes there is no need to run a marathon. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Unless you have stick think legs or are really overweight that aint intense at all. Pump up some of your favorite hard music (dance, house, hiphop whatever keeps you going) and it will be seemless! close your eyes and focus on the music! Thats easy shit. what i like to do is: run at an easy pace for a minute run at an easymedium pace for a minute run at an medium pace for a minute run at an mediumintense pace for a minute run at an intense pace for a minute do this four times and you will come to about minutes of cardio that works very well. i do it before and after each workout. i workout four days a week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
