Anyone have a favorite pick for a gym in Montreal? Downtown or South-Shore please! None of those leotard-aerobics gym's either please! ------------------     | ||

I think i've been to every gym in the city, and ProGym (out by the olympic stadium) is probably the best. Bigest - has all the equiptment. But only 2 squat cages  When i left there a year ago it was starting that 'downhill' slide were the serious people start drifing off and the idiot population is on the rise. I've hear Monster is really good, but it's way out on the west island..... | ||

What about World Gym on the South Shore. Near me and there logo is a juicer with the bar bending! ------------------ |
