How do you guys diet when you're off? do you still consume 3000-5000 calories a day like when on a cycle? I want to know if it's a waste or if I'll just be gaining alot of fat if I consume that much food but am not on a cycle. Don't get me wrong either I eat clean on & off. I would like to hear from you bro's. Thanks.

You'll no doubt get many differing opinions in regards to this subject. In my experiences, I have to lower the cals when "off" because I will gain some fat. You have to keep in mind that when you are off, you are not going to grow like you did when you were on. Logically, you should not need as many calories to maintain.

Actually when I'm off, which seems infrequent lately, I use the ABC cycle method..some of you may disagree but this is
the way I initially went to 200lbs naturally
before my first cycle (many years ago). However, instead of 2on/2off I do 1on/1off. I realize that I will not be able to synthesize aminos aswell,so I keep that in mind when I train, making sure to periodize, giving my muscles additional rest. E-mail me if you need any additional help.

If I am going from bulking->bulking I will maintain the calorie level I finished the cycle at to preserve the muscle mass. Then when I strike up the next cycle I will further raise the calories to promote new growth. If going from bulking->cutting I will maintain the bulking calorie level for four to eight weeks to maintain the mass and let my body become accostmed to the weight then slowly transition to low calorie as not to shock the body.
