Well lately my posture has gotten quite bad and I have started to always hang my head forward a little and my shoulders forward kinda slightly rounded. Anyway to the question does anyone know of any exercises/teckniques to improve posture, for bringing the shoulder back and standing more straight instead of slumping into bad posture habits. Rear delt work, mid-pulley straight-arm rows and pulldowns. Make sure you're paying as much attention to your back as you are to your chest. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Any suggestions for rear delt exercises other than bent over laterals? I have done them but no matter how light and form conscious I go on them I just can't stop every other part of my body taking the strain , to put it another way I never can feel it in my rear delts. One of the easiest things to do is consciously try to improve it. Head up, shoulders back, back straight,etc. But if you really are serious about it try some pilates exercises. You could even go to a health practitioner who specializes in pilates for treatment. I'm not sure exactly if this has caught on in Italy, you would know better than I. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
