RC, I'd really like to know how you put on the healthy weight gain that you have. I'm pretty much in the same position that you were in. I'm 5'9" and 165. I've always been ripped, but have never had the weight that I wanted. I've always found it difficult to put on quality weight. I'd be happy being 200 ripped at my height since I'm a little shorter. I'd really like to see the cycles you tried that helped you gain the weight while still remaining pretty cut. I'd also like to maybe see an example of a daily diet you take. Any help would really be appreciated.
