Hey guys, just got back from the vet to pick up some PGF2 for my animal. They didn't have the stuff from Upjohn, but they had two half bottles of Phoenix, which she combined. I don't know what she used to do this because I didn't see her do it and she didn't tell me until I saw what looked liked needle holes in the rubber and asked her about it. Anyway, the bottle says that it contains dinoprost tromethamine equivalent to 5mg dinoprost. Will this work the same as regular pgf2? What about contamination from switching containers? I don't want my animal to get an infection. She said I could return it if I needed to. What do you guys think?     | ||

Here are some pics of the stuff   I found some pics of the upjohn stuff and it said the same thing as far as ingredients. now my concern is only the sterility. I'm thinking of maybe just trying a small injection, like up to the 5 iu mark (1/20 of 1 cc). Any opinions? |
