D.N.P by Meathead Everyone who has been around the sport for any amount of time has heard of DNP, and how it works. This isn�t what this article is about. This article is going to help those of you who have decided to use it, but aren�t sure how to. It�s not based n scientific research, just real life experiences, but will contain some of both. I am going to show you step by step how to prepare for, and get the most out of your first DNP experience. Just so that everyone knows, when I speak of caps later in the article, I am refering to ONE 200mg cap. The actual caps can be found in a myriad of sizes, ranging from 200mg-600mg, but the 200mg are most applicable to our situation. Approximately four weeks before you start taking DNP, you should start taking milk thistle, or some other type of liver protectant. I prefer to use milk thistle, as it is cheap, easy to get, and works well for what we are doing, but you can use what ever you want. Some people take Legalon, while some others prefer to take Liv-52. You should be taking three tabs of the milk thistle per day. You should also gradually start tightening up your diet, cutting out the junk, and eating more frequently. Before we start to work on the DNP, here is what you should take every day with each cap: One gram of Vitamin C 1 One a day Multi 2 Milk Thistle tabs (or liver guard of choice) 16oz of water. You should be taking this every morning: A good Multivitamin pack ( I like Beverly Nutritions Super Pack) 2 grams of Vitamin C 2 grams of Pantothenic Acid 2000 IU of vitamin E 3 Tablespoons of Glycerol is optional So now you are at your first day. You have been taking your liver guards, have your other protection in place, and are ready to start on your DNP. Most �experts� will tell you that the optimal dosage for an athlete is 2-8mg per kilogram of bodyweight. I am going to use my current bodyweight in figuring the dosage. At a current bodyweight of 305 pounds, my optimal dosage range would be 277 to 1109 grams of DNP per day( make sure to round dosages to the nearest cap size. This would make my optimal dosage to be 200mg to 1200mg per day). This is where I find some fault. At a bodyweight this high, one cap is ineffective, and 1200mg per day is overkill. Some people will tell you that they have made it to over 1 gram per day, but this is wrong. They may have taken some underdosed caps that were supposed to equal to, but I would be hard pressed to see it. Personally, I have made it to 1 gram per day, and couldn�t stand it. This is where the Meathead dosing schedule comes into play. Since this is your first DNP experience, we are going to use smaller more conservative numbers, so if you find that it isn�t for you, you will have an easier clearance time. The Meathead dosing schedule for first timers is simple. If you are over 245 pounds, start with 2 caps per day, for three days. If you are under 245, start with 1 cap for three days. On your third day, decide if DNP is right for you. Alot of you will like it. Alot of you won�t. The reason that I say keep on it for three days is due to the half life of the DNP, which is 36 hours. It will take this long to go fully into effect. If the DNP is right for you, continue for this dosage for another four days, bringing your total to 7 days. Then, take seven days off. You will feel the effects of the DNP three days after you stop, so schedule your seven days off at the end of the effects. If you feel that your first cycle worked well for you, then continue it on your next week. If not, or you want to do a little experimenting, increase your dosage by one cap for the next week. Continue on this schedule until you have found your optimal dosage. Just remember though, that DNP upregulates, so your optimal dosage might not go up at all, and it may go down. For anyone who is wanting to try DNP, but is worried about the side effects, I suggest trying Syntrax� LipoKinetix for two weeks. One might think it effects the liver because of dark yellow urine and yellow whites of the eyes, but this occurs because DNP is soulable in fat and water thus collecting in urine and fat cells around the eyes. I getcha Juice, but dont get me wrong, taking all anti-os to ensure good health i deffenitly condone. There are so many people on this board who tell everyone to stay away from it and that using DNP is nuts stating all this bad shit that will happen. I just think people should know the truth about this stuff and let them make judgments for themselves. It took a lot of research and questioning on my part before i used it and got to the level of knowledge i have of it today (big thanks to Macro for all the help with this). To be truthful, the only things to really worry about on DNP are overdose (only an idiot would) and an allergic reaction. |
