i want to do a dnp cycle in between this bulking cycle im just finishing, and my cutting cycle i will start in about 2 months. my question is should i wait about a month to start the dnp, so its right in between the 2 cycles. and while on dnp, is it all fat that you loose, or is some muscle lost also. im 237, and about 20% bf roughfly. i was gonna do dnp at 400mg-600mg a day. im still a little confused about the length of a dnp cycle, ive heard anywhere from 5 days to 14. what would be recommended for a first cycle of dnp.

Eat clean & try to do as much cv before you start dnp,coz once you start dnp it can be hard enough dragging your arse up a flight of stairs. How much you lose is to an extent an individual thing, could be anything from 2lbs to 10+lbs in a week. I don't see it being a problem doing a dnp cycle in between a juice cycle.I figure when you get your bf down drastically with the dnp & your lbw looks better all round, the next time you hit the juice, the gains should be very, very good. Starting my dnp cycle this Friday,8 days on,8 off,8 on. ------------------

Hey Bro... I would do 2 cycles of DNP... Right after your current cycle... Then right before your next... Thats the way i like it... DNP is muscle sparing, it will not burn muscle... It will deplete your glycogen in your muscles so you might feel flatter, but once you are through it will come back

Don't forget the accessories such as glycerol and pyruvate - helps a little bit with the discomfort. |
